Privacy policy.
This policy explains what EagleCap Ventures LLC, doing business as The Traveling PA-C, collects when you use thetravellingpa.com, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, phone number and password (stored as a secure hash; we never see it).
- Purchase details: the name, email, phone and amount from your payment. Card details are handled by Stripe through TenthAvenue Collect and never reach our servers.
- Course activity: which lessons you've completed, so you can pick up where you left off.
- Messages and downloads: what you send through our contact form, and your name and email when you request a free guide.
How we use it
To give you access to what you bought, to reply to you, to send the guides you ask for, to keep the Service secure, and, if you agreed, to send occasional updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run the Service: Supabase (accounts and database), Cloudflare (hosting), TenthAvenue and Stripe (payments and forms), Bunny.net (video streaming), and our email provider. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Cookies and storage
We store your sign-in session in your browser so you stay signed in. We don't use advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can update your details on your account page. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email hello@thetravellingpa.com. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while it's active and purchase records as long as the law requires. Messages and guide requests are deleted when no longer needed.
