Terms & conditions.

These terms govern your use of thetravellingpa.com and the products sold on it, including The Travel PA Course™, 1:1 negotiation sessions and free resources ("the Service"). The Service is operated by EagleCap Ventures LLC, doing business as The Traveling PA-C ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying anything, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Educational content only

The course, sessions, templates and community share Fedna Morency's experience as a travel physician assistant and the experience of our guests. They are education, not legal, tax, financial, medical or employment advice. Income figures describe individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will earn. Talk to a qualified attorney, accountant or financial adviser before acting on anything that affects your contracts, taxes or licence.

Your account

You need an account to access the course. Keep your password private; your access is for you alone and may not be shared, resold or used by more than one person. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at hello@thetravellingpa.com if you think someone else has used it.

Purchases and payment

Payments are processed by TenthAvenue Collect and Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Course access is granted to the account whose email matches the payment. Access to the course lasts for as long as we operate the course, and you keep access after you finish it.

Refunds

If something isn't right with your purchase, email hello@thetravellingpa.com and we will work with you. Refund requests are reviewed individually. If a payment is refunded or disputed, access to the course ends.

1:1 sessions

Sessions are scheduled when you book. If you need to move a session, let us know as early as you can. Sessions are delivered over Zoom.

Our content

The course videos, text, templates and guides are owned by us or used with permission. You may use them for your own career. You may not copy, record, redistribute, sell or publish them, in whole or in part, without written permission.

Community

The WhatsApp community is a shared space. Be respectful, don't post other people's personal or patient information, and don't use it to sell. We may remove anyone who doesn't follow these rules.

Communications

We may email you about your account and purchases. If you download a free guide or join the community, we may send occasional updates; every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
